We are a fee for service concierge practice that does not accept insurance. However, we will supply you with a super-bill that you can submit to your insurance. They may or may not reimburse you but that will depend on the insurance company.

We come to you; our medical professionals will set up an appointment for you and come to your home, office or hotel.  As an established patient, we can utilize telemedicine services for simple follow ups, and issues.

If you are a provider of medical services in your community; medical providers, pharmacists (who can bill insurance), large organizations and institutions, and can bill for bed-side testing including, Flu, COVID and other medical tests, you are eligible to receive our system at no cost.

Never! We ship you the testing kits/supplies right t your office. Administer the tests bed-side and enter the data in our secure App in minutes. You bill the patient as normal, and plan treatment if necessary and WE bill for the lab. That's it. 

Our HIPAA compliant App is easy to set up and use. The testing is conducted via our lab and results can be shared securely with the patient.

Call or email us and we can get you setup in 24-48 hours. We will set you up in our system and ship out the testing supplies (at no cost to you). IN some cases, you may need a smartphone or tablet to conduct the tests. 

No. CNM Testing does not require ANY contracts or minimum "orders" We provide step-by-step guidance and support.

Yes. CNM's COVID-19 test can detect Delta, Omicron, sub-variants such as BA.2, and other known variants of concerns. Like other COVID-19 viral diagnostic tests, CMN’s test cannot

specify which variant has been detected. The test will only indicate if your result is positive or negative for the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

CNM's COVID-19 test is a nucleic acid amplification test (NAAT), also referred to as a molecular test. Like a PCR lab test, CMN’s test targets genetic material of the virus and can reliably detect small amounts of the virus.
